Welcome to Dahlia & Petunia 👋 My name is Kristi Dittmann and I'm the owner / designer at Dahlia & Petunia.  I‘m dedicated to designing and creating beautiful and sustainable ready-made and custom planters for our clients In Punta Gorda, Fl and surrounding areas. What qualifies me to serve you is that I have over 20 years experience working in the garden industry. I've gathered professional and personal gardening experience across three gardening zones. My hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio is where I began my career in the garden industry. I worked as a lead garden center merchandiser at big box stores while obtaining my degree in fine arts and art history at the University of Cincinnati/ College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning. I went on to work for a high-end landscape company specializing in container gardening services for large estates in Charleston, South Carolina for several years which gave me the experience to transition into the a positon of container garden manager, designer, and educator for the largest garden center in Charleston, S.C where I enjoyed serving the Charleston community for 6 years. I'm now pivoting into an entrepreneurial role as the owner/ designer for my own container gardening business in the quaint city of Punta Gorda, Florida.   At Dahlia and Petunia, we aim to provide high-quality container gardening services!
